ALIEN is dead. Vive the Prometheus.

After months of speculation, a stand off between Ridley Scott and Fox on budget and cast and rumblings that upcoming Alien prequel Scott was so broad that it would be divided into two films, they happened and called the whole thing off. Kind of.

The prequel Alien is now officially dead but instead is Prometheus, a project developed by Ridley Scott and Damon Lindelof using in terms of Scott, a little Alien DNA. What I understand from comments of Scott is that this is not a prequel at all and probably not even defined in the universe from abroad, but a totally original story of work some of the same themes were developed for the prequel. Once again in the words of Scott, the film is at "a new, larger mythology and the universe."

What do we know? Noomi Raptor (the girl with the Dragon Tattoo) is at the top with the second female character probably go Charlize Theron and Angelina Jolie. And everything defined. But given the history of Prometheus, the film takes its title - Prometheus was the Titan who gave fire to humanity, unwittingly release of sadness and destruction on humans and being punished for its actions – I expect underlying thematic working a cautionary tale on the use and misuse of technology.

Trailer alerts by Todd Brown, January 12, 2011 1 pm Codependent.jpg if Ed Wood was a lesbian from New York City, it would have been a happy man. And, in addition, there may well have done a film as monetary Lesbian space Alien seeks even. But he wasn't there no Madeleine Olnek disappeared and he instead. A closely with lo - fi style and script effects kitsch DIY make envious Ed Wood, monetary mashes the B-movie and the men in black and it transforms into a witty, comedy entirely original. Trailer for Pegg and Alien Road Movie Frost PAUL arrives

Alerts by Todd Brown, January 6, 2011 4 H paul-poster.jpg 55, I can't shake the feeling that there is a problem of marketing autour Paul de Greg mottola of the trailer. The concept is funny. I like literally all involved. It is definitely targeting people exactly like me, but... I'm not sure. It is looking too hard? Or is it as simple as the fact that it is dealing with one of the most boring titles in film history? I mean, really... Paul. Just Paul. It tells you anything. It gives no reason to be excited.

But I digress. Trailers for the film began rolling out just now in the UK and now in the United States received the Act the with the first official U.S. trailer turn today at Apple. It will help feel me better about things... Let's find out...

Pegg. Frost. Alien. Full Trailer PAUL arrives.

Alerts the trailer by Todd Brown, December 17, 2010 10 H 33 paul-poster.jpg while I have the impression that Greg Mottola Paul can meet a fate similar like Scott Pilgrim and the world - i.e. beloved by a vocal but group finally relatively small while ignored by everyone - who only makes me less hurry to see Edgar Wright creeping.

Full of Simon Pegg and Nick Frost, trailer featuring the comedy travel road freshly arrived online, give us our first look really important in the duo interacting with Seth Rogen expressed foreign Paul. And it works. Pegg and Frost make a great duo, their screen wide friendship for large screen, chemistry, and although I do not think that this looks like a hit level of their previous screen pairing Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz, it still seems fun.

The trailer is exclusively on Yahoo! UK at the moment. Head over to check.

Alien space jockey concept art?

Posted by Rodneyon 25. 11 2010in new Cat

We have heard that Ridley Scott exotic atmosphere we will tell more about the strange and expanded figure we now call the space Jockey, and now a source unnammed claims revealed the concept of alien race of holders of space art.

Warranty, they are even real concept art, or how far these could be up to the final product if they have the character designers Design Office.

But even if they are only random fan art attempt to pass as a real, they are very creative sketches research.
