Bluray series Dr. who fifth full

Let me first it out of the way. The biggest problem with Dr. Who is that the series cannot be purchased in full, chronological order (at United States anyway). I don't know what rights issues but the series is long overdue for this type of treatment that fatigue fan is sure to be defined in any way. The new series course is fully available and Bluray with extras etc. Everyone has their favorite Dr, I'm a fan of Tennant, but even his best new show folks was wondering whether or not it will inspire continuous devotion sorting was the former.
