Oscar and his sister Linda arrived recently in Tokyo. Oscar is a small time drug dealer, and Linda works as a stripper nightclub. One night, Oscar is mired in a bust of the police and the fire. Because it is in dying, his mind, faithful to the promise, he did his sister - that he would never abandon her - refuses to abandon the world of the living. He wanders through the city, its growing more and more distorted, increasingly nightmarish visions. Past, present and future merge in a hallucinatory maelstrom.
