As strange as it may seem, in the cinematographic universe created by Ole Christian Madsen (flame and Citron, Prague, Nordkraft) the story of a man travelling Argentina to finalize his divorce as "entertainment". You see, Madsen is a Director known for tackling difficult emotional materials and do it very well. What is even more surprising is that it looks like just by its standards but by just about anyone as Madsen plays his last - Superclasico - as a straight line to slapstick romcom. Anna moved to Buenos Aires to live his dream of being a sports agent and ends up falling in love for the greatest star of Argentine football. Instead of shipping papers, her husband divorced woman Christian flies out with his adolescent son dysfunctional to deliver them in person, while secretly hoping to win back his wife and his life...
