Kristen (Amber Heard), a young beautiful but troubled, recovers bruised, cut, drugged and held against her will in a remote area of a psychiatric hospital.? It is completely disoriented, with no idea why she is brought to this place and no memory of his life prior to admission. All she knows is that it is not safe.

Other patients in the ward – four disrupted also young women - offers no answers and Kristen quickly realizes things aren't as they seem.? Air is heavy with secrets, and at night, when the hospital is dark and forewarned, she hears sounds strange and frightening.? It seems that they are not alone.
